Whilst the rooms are a little smaller than usual, there is still enough space to comfortably move around. The aircon and wifi were very good, and my room was very quiet. The bathroom was a decent size, with a nice sized shower, but no bath. Breakfast was great, very fresh fruit and a good spread. Staff were very friendly and the hotel was well located for my business needs.

We had a good evening and room. The room was beautiful and also had a fruit basket. We were celebrating my husbands birthday. The service people were nice and also the breakfast was tasty with variety. The bathroom was clean and spacious. We had a good time.

Sheraton Kampala is easily accessible yet a safe hideaway from the busy life of the city. The simple, yet excusite scuplted gardens give you a peaceful space to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature. A passionate army of staff in various roles engulf you with Uganda' s most prized gift, hospitality. Members of staff litter pearls of joy, contentment and pride in their various roles everywhere, enhasing comfort and delight around them. The level of personalised customer service is enviable. How they manage to truly be international beats my understanding! You experience a wealth of diversity - incorporating a wide range of cultures from the country and other countries of the world in all they do are embody, and yet remain ???? Ugandan. Prestine environment in every corner of their premises. Delicious meals every time, that breakfast is top range. Everything is fresh!!!! There's something extraordinary about that food! 150% to chiefs, Milly and her hosting team. Richard and team at front desk, you are amazing. Execellent Executive Lounge service. My husband and I always enjoy our experience. Thank you for making our birthday so special. Sheraton Kampala is an excellent representation of Marriot Bonvoy. We highly recommend it as a place to call home when away from home!

Had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property - the views from the room were incredible, and the staff was superb! Special thanks to Moureen, Sarafina, Dorothy, and Florence for the wonderful experience at the lounge, Brian from housekeeping for making sure I had everything I needed throughout the stay, Chef Emmanuel, Christine and Jennifer from security, and Annette, Fiona, Angellah and the laundry team for the trememdous service! But an even more special thanks to Barnabus for assisting me the entire stay with all my needs, including a few issues I ran into from the airport with my bags. What a really sharp and talented person Barnabus is - I am truly grateful! Thank you Sheraton Kampala team for a truly phenomenal stay!

Very comfortable hotel in a great location. Very close to some nice restaurants and in a walkable area. Rooms were nice and the hotel overall was clean. The hotel itself is big and has a lot of amenities but is dated, however kept well. The breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice and healthy and tasty options. The hotel sells membership to its gym to people who are not guests of the hotel making it very crowded. The staff was very friendly, though at times a bit overbearing in their desire to help, offer you food or be friendly. Staff took care of guests with Marriott status giving upgrades and access to a great lounge with food and free drinks in the early evening. Overall a comfortable place to stay for people doing business in Kampala.

As a platinum member, I can say that this is one of the best Marriott Bonvoy Group properties I have experienced in Africa! Under the leadership of their GM Jean Philippe Bittencourt, who believes in a growth mindset and constantly finds ways to gather feedback from his guests, the quality of the service has definitely risen very high. Special thanks to Brian, Olga, Yvonne, Faith, Grace, Florence, and even the young Godwin - each of you made me feel very special at your property, and I can't wait to visit you again tomorrow the 12th of July.
