Really I enjoyed my stay for 2 weeks in Sheraton November2023...I appreciated the staff ,kind ,polite and always trying to help you...the breakfast was good ,security and location was very helpful to accomplish my mission successfully. I want to express my special thanks to waitress "PROVIA" in the paradise restaurant for her wonderful service...every dinner she serve me with kind and smiley face...really congratulate Sheraton Kampala for having such staff with servant heart and sacrificial love. 2 points need to be improved: internet and coordination between concierge and transportation team: very crucial for guests staying within you for business trip.

The hotel was in a quiet area near the city. Room was ok but I had to change it as it smelt of smoke. Hotel changed it without fuss which was good.
Food at the restaurant was good and authentic.
Enjoyed my stay and will return.
